We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who’s excited to define how players interact with an entirely new kind of game world—one built on ownership, creativity, and social play. You’ll craft intuitive, delightful interfaces for our casual mobile game experiences, working hands-on in both Unity and Figma. You’ll be the bridge between player needs and product vision—creating flows, interfaces and interactions that feel seamless while supporting deep, systemic gameplay. Our CEO, Oliver Löffler, has an impressive history in the gaming world, having co-founded Kolibri Games, a successful gaming company that was later acquired by Ubisoft.

🎨 What You’ll Do

• Design polished, production-ready UI for mobile games: menus, HUDs, modals, reward flows, settings, and beyond.
• Craft immersive UI experiences using Unity, including particle systems, animated feedback, transitions, and overlays that feel rewarding and satisfying.
• Create and prototype clean, scalable UI components in Figma, with thoughtful user flows and interaction logic.
• Collaborate with artists, game designers and developers to ensure visual consistency and usability across the game.
• Prepare your work for developer implementation—providing clean handoff files, motion specs, documentation and structured assets.
• Collaborate via GitHub to manage UI branches and ensure seamless integration of visual assets and interactive elements.
• Use player feedback, playtesting insights, and UX best practices to iterate on your designs and improve player journeys.

👀 What We’re Looking For

• A strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX design for casual mobile game experience.
• Fluency in Figma, especially in building and managing components, prototypes, and flows.
• Solid experience implementing UI in Unity, including layout groups, anchors, 9-slicing, and visual polish.
• Experience with motion design, UI animations or VFX.
• Deep understanding of player psychology, flow and accessibility.
• Excitement about Web3, user ownership and redefining how players engage with games.
